Saturday 11 May Workshop: Symbiosis Soil Lab What we will cover in the workshop: - Introduction to soil microbiology. - How microbiology affects nutrition. - Benefits of soil biodiversity. - Live soil sample on microscopes and screen. - Ecological Succession & Biodiversity. - Practical steps towards increasing soil health. - Brief Overview of practical methods to increase soil health.
Volunteer Mornings: Tuesdays 9.30-1
Starting in May we will have the chance to come volunteering at our market garden. Spaces are limited. We ask volunteers: - Come between 9.30 - 1 on Tuesdays. Regular volunteers (weekly/fortnighlty) are very welcome! - All tools will be provided but please bring gloves - The work will be in our market garden where moderate lifting and bending will be required - You will be getting stuck in with growing work so come dressed for the outdoor work and the weather - Hot drinks and snacks provided Spaces are limited so email [email protected] if you are interested and for more information
